Rick made the moving process a breeze. He was able to answer all of the questions I had due to lack of communication, and never actually getting to meet my previous landlord. Rick was a pleasure to work with. The application process was straight forward and he worked to get me into the available house in under a week. Every concern I had living there, which were few, were addressed quickly. The online portal was great for deposits, rent and service requests. When it came to moving out and people touring the space I was always kept up to date. If I had not moved across the country for work, I would still be in that house. It is full of charm, super old and I was able to get my furniture etc up the admittedly narrow stairs. It was a good experience, and I have rented a lot of apartments in my time as a travel tech.
